Varicose veins, swollen legs and constant knee pain was something Anuradha had learnt to live with, as a part of life.
“My feet were always swollen and I could not wear slippers. Now I wear them with ease, as Zoom workouts with Chanda have helped me in many ways.
Earlier I could not climb one flight of stairs. Weight loss was always tough for me, though inch loss was possible. However now, with my DWD sessions, I could lose 3 kg. I could not fit into 2 XL clothes, now they are loose fitng for me, I don’t have bone pain or nerve pain I had earlier. My varicose vein condition has improved, the swelling in my legs has gone down and the knee pain is manageable.
My body has also become more flexible. So, I am really happy to have so many health issues resolved with DWD and lead a healthy, happy life.
I had a hysterectomy and was 64 kg in 2017. In 2018, my knees were so painful that I could not walk a few steps without a lot of pain. Now, after following DWD exercises, I can do jumping jacks and sit comfortably with folded legs on the floor.
I am so happy that at the age of 56, I can do jumping jacks, in the DWD videos. Whatever I do, I do with pleasure and great joy. I have started wearing some of my earlier clothes that I had never imagined I’d be able to wear again. My body is totally transformed, with both weight loss and inch loss.
I was diagnosed with rheumatism, which caused chronic swelling in my body. Despite trying multiple diets and treatments, the level of swelling would fluctuate. However, I discovered Deepti on YouTube and started following her exercise videos. Surprisingly, my persistent limb pain started to subside, and I no longer woke up feeling body aches. Instead, I felt light and flexible. Even my once-swollen wrists have become thin, and my shoulders are less noticeable. I went from weighing 87kg to 79kg without following any special diet.
Now, since I joined Shraddha's ZOOM classes, I have gone down from XXL to XL in clothing size. If I continue with these classes, I believe I will achieve my dream body. I want to express my gratitude and love to Deepti, Shraddha, thank you for changing my life for the better.
Neeru has been working out on DWD sessions on Zoom for six months. At 42, she lost 10 kg in 6 months and went from XXL to L size. She had problems with diabetes and cholesterol levels, both of which are now in good control.
She says she feels fully active all day and energetic to do any work. She is dedicated to DWD workouts now.
Neeru is very proud to share that thanks to her dedicated DWD workouts, she was able to walk fifty thousand steps to and from the Vaishnodevi shrine. She says has been to Vaisnodevi earlier, but always on horseback.
But after following DWD, she was able to walk all the way up and back. My husband was worried and kept offering to get me help. “Neeru, ghoda kar dete hain”. But that was because he did not realise how much my stamina, my strength and my will power has increased with DWD.
I am convinced that you have been sent on earth by God as a gift for me. You have changed my whole life and made me a self-confident person. Even when I had no faith in my abilities, you made me believe and try to reach for my aim and work sincerely to achieve my goal. I watch your videos every single day and have lost 3 kgs. Thank you!
A year ago, Arifa was weighed down by health issues and 94 kg of body weight.
